Williams was put on her first diet when she was six years old, and was binging, purging, and abusing laxatives by the time she was twelve. Her weight went up and down as she went from diet to diet over the years, obsessing about food, exercise, and her weight. After finally putting down the laxatives and other drugs, she had to uncover the underlying reasons why she abused herself and ate when she was not hungry. Williams shares her insight into why so many people struggle with emotional eating when dealing with the pressures of life.
Elaine’s approachable, relatable style helps her clients feel at ease as she leads them through powerful processes to help them find their own voice and change their lives.
